			Bin Lifter Designed for the cookie manufacturing business, this electrically powered bin lifter raises a loaded bowl of mix, rotates it at the top of its travel allowing the product to be deposited onto the next process. The bin lifter is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel to food grade standards.

			Band Saw Improvements Southern Engineering Solutions take a standard model meat bandsaw and upgrades it with a jacketed top deck that is heated – substantially reducing product adherence and operator fatigue. The integrated powered outfeed conveyor fitted to the table further reduces fatigue, by reducing the number of movements the operator makes, with the product flowing back into the process.

			Gurney The requirements for this equipment are saving of both space and time. For teaching purposes, the gurneys have two tables in use that can be rotated to the viewing position on top from the storage position below.

			BLM Chine Machine Improvements A retro fitted twin conveyor recovers the racks from each side after the cut operation, which then flows back to the next process. A single drive powers the two modular belts, which run on UHMW wear strips. The side plates are removable; the belts are pneumatically tensioned, allowing their complete removal for cleaning.

			Carton Compactor Ensuring the maximum product is packed into a carton, this pneumatically operated compactor processes cartons of meat products in a packing line. Reducing air pockets and gaining the full weight that the carton can hold for shipping results. Designed for cartons holding a weight range from 20 to 27 kgs, and processed at a rate of 7 per minute.

			Crumb Conveyor This conveyor is designed to remove loose crumbs from a product prior to packaging, ensuring a clean presentation to the customer. Crumbs are collected for disposal, while the conveyor is an integral part of a production line.
